Nowadays women are very conscious about their health and figure. To have a good figure is every modern woman’s goal, so is mine. People say to have a good figure people should diet, that means avoid carbohydrate or fat at all cost. But I have my own opinion and I think it is the best. We should follow a diet, but it does not mean that we will avoid one part of our food habit totally. We should have each of them in small amounts, but still have each and in addition to it have a lot of physical exercise.
I think one of the best forms of diet is yoga diet and the best type of exercise will be yoga. Although yoga diet mostly focuses on having vegetables, because experts believe that the pure vegetarian diet encourages the development of the higher qualities of the peace, love and spiritual awareness. The one who wants to benefit from Yoga should include the Sattvic diet- cereals, wholemeal bread, fresh fruits and vegetables, pure fruit juices, milk, nuts, legumes, sprouted seeds, herbs and honey etc.
